If you want the farm butcher staff to work the meat for you they can do the below. This makes it easy to pack into cooler boxes and transport back home.
- Cut any meat with bone pieces such as a leg roast.
- Cut the fillets out.
- Cut the biltong pieces out.
- Cut the meat off the bone.
- Cut the remainder of the meat into blocks (Ready for mincing or cooking).
- Cut any of the below cuts of meat (Excluding the mincing).
